Refund Guidelines
Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a refund request.
For items that have already been shipped or delivered, a 30% restocking fee will apply to all returns made within the 30-day period. No refunds will be issued after 30 days.
Please note:
- The restocking fee is waived only for products that arrive defective.
- Returns due to personal preference or buyer’s remorse will incur the 30% restocking fee.
- Depending on your location, we may provide a prepaid return label. If not, the customer will be responsible for shipping the product back to the address provided during the return process.
Cancellation Policy
We do not accept order cancellations.
Once an order is placed, it is immediately processed and prepared for shipment.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Defective products upon arrival
We value the quality of our products and perform thorough quality inspections before shipping. Each item is checked to ensure all components are included and functioning properly.
If your product arrives defective, you must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist you promptly.
A replacement will be issued under the following conditions:
- The product must be returned in its original condition, without any modifications, disassembly, or tampering.
- If the packaging was damaged during transit, a free replacement can be provided once valid photo evidence is submitted and approved.
- Replacements are processed after the returned item (or evidence, depending on the case) is reviewed and accepted.
Each case will be evaluated individually, and we will work to offer the best possible resolution.
PurrNature reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests and to make final determinations in cases where fraud or misuse is suspected.
