📦 Order Processing Time
Orders require 1–3 business days to be processed before shipment, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout.
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.
Although most orders are processed within 1–3 business days, please allow up to 5 business days during high-volume periods.
Example:
If you place an order on Tuesday, it should be shipped no later than Friday.
Orders may be delayed due to inaccurate or incomplete checkout information, such as an incorrect shipping address.
If an incorrect shipping address is entered, you have 1 hour after purchase to request a correction.

Delivery times depend heavily on customs processing in each country. Some destinations may experience faster or slower clearance times.

Customs duties, taxes, or additional fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
By placing an order with PurrNature, you acknowledge that any applicable customs fees are the customer’s responsibility.

⚠️ Wrong Address Disclaimer
Customers are fully responsible for ensuring all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate.
Due to our fast-moving fulfillment process, we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been placed.
If the order is already processing or shipped, we are unable to make modifications. In these cases, the package must be returned to our warehouse before a refund can be issued.
PurrNature is not liable for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
